General terms and conditions Market stall commercial

• If you reserve a market stall, you declare that you agree with the privacy policy, house rules and terms and conditions below.
• No later than one week before King’s Day, we will send you a letter with the location of your market stall and further information about the proceedings of the upcoming Orange Market.
• This market stall (commercial) is intended for companies and commercial institutions.
• It is not permitted to sell (alcoholic) drinks and/or food at the market stall. If you are interested in selling food items at the Oranjemarkt, please contact the organization by email at facilitair@oranjemarktveldhoven.nl.
• Persons selling (alcoholic) drinks and/or food on a market stall without permission will be summoned by the organization to leave the event site. The rent paid for the stall is then non-refundable.
• Preferences for specific places are recorded under reserve. We take this into account whenever possible but unfortunately cannot make any commitments in advance.
• There is no electricity available for the market stalls. Use of gas cylinders and (open) fire is not allowed due to the permit.
• Once the stall rent has been paid, your purchase is final and cannot be cancelled.
