General terms and conditions Market stall commercial
- If you reserve a market stall, you agree to the Privacy Policy and terms and conditions below.
- No later than one week before King’s Day, we will send you a letter with the location of your market stall and further information about the proceedings of the upcoming Orange Market.
- This market stall (commercial) is intended for business trading.
- It is not permitted to sell drinks and/or food at the market stall. If you are interested in selling food items at the Orange Market, please contact the organization by email at facilitair@oranjemarktveldhoven.nl.
- Persons selling drinks and/or food on a market stall without permission will be summoned by the organization to leave the event site. The rent paid for the stall is then non-refundable.
- Preferences for specific places are recorded under reserve. We take this into account whenever possible but unfortunately cannot make any commitments in advance.
- There is no electricity available for the market stalls. Use of gas cylinders and (open) fire is not allowed due to the permit.
