• If you reserve a market stall, you declare that you agree with the privacy policy, house rules and terms and conditions below.
• No later than one week before King’s Day, we will send you a letter with the location of your market stall and further information on the proceedings of the upcoming Oranjemarkt.
• This market stall (private) is not intended for commercial trade. If you have a registration with the Chamber of Commerce, you must reserve the Market stall commercially for this purpose.
• It is not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages, other drinks and/or food on the market stall. Should you be interested in selling drinks and/or food at the Oranjemarkt, please contact the organisation by e-mail at facilitair@oranjemarktveldhoven.nl.
• Persons selling goods, (alcoholic) beverages and/or food on a private market stall on a commercial basis will be summoned by the organisation to leave the event site. The rent paid for the stall will then not be refunded.
• Preferences for specific stalls are registered under reserve. We take this into account whenever possible but unfortunately cannot make any commitments in advance.
• There is no electricity available for the market stalls. Use of gas cylinders and (open) fire is not allowed due to the permit.
• Once the stall rent has been paid, your purchase is final and cannot be cancelled.
